摘要
Objective: To explore the immune response in mice induced by co-inoculation of coexpressing HIV-1 gag-gp120 and IL-6 recombinant fowlpox virus (rFPV) and nucleic acid vaccine. Methods: BALB/c mice were immunized with rFPV and boosting with nucleic acid vaccine expressing the same antigen. The specific killing activities of spleen CTL and the levels of serum antibodies from the immunized mice were examined. Results: The specific killing activities of spleen CTL of the combined immunization group were higher than those of rFPV group, nucleic acid vaccine group, FPV vaccine strain control group and the vector plasmid control group. The titers of sertan antibodies were also significantly higher than those of FPV vaccine strain control group and the vector plasmid control group, but there was no significant differences between the combined immunization group and the single immunization groups. Conclusion: The combined immunization with rFPV and nucleic acid vaccine elicited higher cellular immunity in mice.
