摘要

Zinc contained MWW type zeolites were prepared under static hydrothermal conditions by using silica, NaAlO₂, NaOH, Zn(NO₃)₂, H₂O and hexamethyleneimine (HMI) as the raw materials. Synthesis gel with the composition of n(SiO₂) : n(Al₂O₃) : n(Na₂O) : n(HMI) : n(H₂O) = 25 : 1 : 1.63 : 4.75 : 375 could produce MCM-22, but could yield Zn-MCM-49 when adding Zinc in the gel, which was reasonably ascribed to the formation of Si1-O1-Zn1 structure between two layers of the crystal. The morphology and template desorption behavior of Zn-MCM-49 was similar to that of MCM-49.
