摘要

The thermal isolation properties of porous silicon photonic crystal structures have been designed and discussed theoretically. Excellent thermal isolation properties can be obtained on such a porous silicon photonic crystal, even better than that of porous silicon with high porosity. Due to the excellent thermal isolation properties of the porous silicon photonic crystal structures, they can be used as the thermal isolation substrates in infrared detectors
