摘要
The structure of Na2O-TiO2-SiO2 glasses was studied by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Results indicate that in the glass systems a few different microstructural units such as [TiO4] and [TiO6] exist and that the ratio of microstructural unit [TiO6] is increased with the content of TiO2 greatly. However, when the content of TiO2 reaches 15% (in mole), the rate of rise in the ratio of [TiO6] is reduced. When the molar content of TiO2 is beyond 20%, the ratio of [TiO6] increases greatly again. On the contrary, the ratio of [TiO4] decreases with the content of TiO2 at a gradually decreasing rate.
