Research and implementation of cadre education quality evaluation system

摘要

Cadre education quality evaluation is an important means of testing the quality of training and effect, important guarantee to ensure cadre education and training is finished with high quality, and therefore indispensable to cadre education and training. The study is based on CIPP and ROI evaluation model, aiming at the particularity of cadre education, using Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the four first-class indicators, fourteen second-class indicators, and their weight coefficients. Based on this, a set of cadre education quality evaluation system is built, which is an assessment activities centered cadre education and training project evaluation support system. It also implements a flexible and reusable design pattern of training project evaluation, beneficial to form learning quality evaluation and performance evaluation facing the whole training process. At the same time, the use of this system is conducive for cadre education quality evaluation’s long-term data accumulation and analysis, which helps to set up cadre education and training quality evaluation system based on mass data.
