摘要

Asymmetric micro/nanopatterns are fabricated by polarization-controlled interference of three femtosecond laser beams. These micro/nanopatterns are composed of two parts: two-dimensional long-periodic micropatterns and nanopatterns made up of orthogonal nanoripples and nanoparticles. Theoretical calculations of interference patterns of laser intensity and polarization accord well with asymmetric micro/nanopatterns. The formation mechanisms and manipulation of these asymmetric micro/nanopatterns are also discussed.
