N2 - In this paper, multiple exp-function method is employed to investigate exact multiple wave solutions for (2+1)-dimensional potential Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation and (3+1)-dimensional Jimbo-Miwa equation. Not only already known multiple wave solutions are recovered, but also several new or more general multiple wave solutions are obtained.
