Multi-antenna common clock measurement for multi-platform applications

摘要

The development and application of GPS technology promotes the research on attitude determination. This paper is a review of GNSS high precision attitude determination algorithms and their potentials in other GPS applications. This paper focuses on investigating GPWU and multipath effect-related measurement errors. After surveying the existing data processing methods and algorithms, the paper introduces the progressive achievements by the Engineering Center of SHMEC for Space Information and GNSS. An algorithm for yaw angle determination based on the GPWU effect is proposed, in which simplified equipment uses a single antenna to replace the multi-antenna receiver to measure the yaw angle. A series of experiments, including rotating platform tests, and vehicle and shipborne tests are carried out to validate its feasibility. Asides from GPWU, a new application which mitigates the baseline multipath effect in a kinematic shipborne environment based on the MHM approach, is also presented. An experiment is conducted to verify the MHM model for multipath correction in a dynamic ship loading environment. The experimental results show that the RMS of observed residuals and baseline solutions are reduced.
