摘要

Al 3+ detection: Mononucleotide-modified metal nanoparticles (mnMNPs) can be used as a colorimetric probe for selective and sensitive detection of Al 3+ (see figure). The aggregation of mnMNPs is selectively and sensitively induced by Al 3+; this allowed the rapid colorimetric analysis of Al 3+ without any prior sample preparation and specific instruments. This method can also be used for monitoring Al 3+ changes on the living cellular surfaces under physiological conditions.
