摘要
In this paper, the bone-air differential transfer function (BADTF), which is the difference between the bone conduction (BC) transfer function and the air conduction (AC) transfer function, was measured based on hearing threshold. The single ear BADTFs of 5 normal hearing subjects were measured at 29 frequencies ranging from 0.5 to 8 kHz. The results show that all the BADTF curves have similar envelopes though there are obvious individual differences. Repeatability of this measurement was also verified. To improve the performance of the BC earphone, the individual BC equalization filters were designed based on the BADTFs. The subjective evaluation show that the individual equalization can make the BC sound perceived closer to the target timbre.
