摘要

Three shape-persistent aromatic hydrazide macrocycles that bear phenylalanine tripeptide chains have been synthesized. These macrocycles can insert into lipid bilayers to form single-molecular ion channels which exhibit a high NH₄⁺/K⁺ selectivity.
