摘要
Lanthanum-modified PZT ceramics are successfully fabricated using coprecipitation powder coating. The diffusion of lanthanum from the coating layer into the PZT lattice results in the reduction of the tetragonality of lanthanum-modified PZT ceramics. Lanthanum substitution has a strong effect on the level of diffuseness of the phase transition. The dielectric peak temperatures obviously shift to lower temperature with increasing lanthanum content. The dielectric properties of 7.6 mol% lanthanum-modified PZT possess a relaxor behavior.
