Exploring the Construction of an Standard AI Literacy Framework for Middle School Student in the Era of GAI: Focusing on the Assessment of AI Application and Innovation

摘要

This study first employs a meta-analysis to explore and analyze global literature on AI literacy, resulting in the development of a Global Artificial Intelligence Literacy Framework (GAILSF). Next, we conduct a matching analysis between the framework's indicators and the 'AI Curriculum Development Standards for Primary and Secondary Schools' issued by the Chinese Society of Education to validate the framework's reliability further. Additionally, based on the application and innovation indicators of the framework and in the context of GAI tools, this study develops an assessment of middle school students' AI application skills in China, aiming to promote the standardized evaluation of AI literacy in education. Through analysis of the latest relevant research and multiple expert discussions, we extend the application and innovation indicators into measurable assessment criteria and design contextualized and gamified computer operation assessment items.
