摘要

Au-CdS core-shell nanoparticles (CSNs) are synthesized by a simple method based on directly self-assembling process and successfully integrated into BaTiO3 films. The significant enhancement of third-order nonlinear optical nonlinearities of Au-CdS CSNs were reported for the first time.
