In this article the statement in the Funding information section was incorrectly given as ‘This research was funded by the Norwegian Research Council (NFR-281109), European Research Council (101112754), the Estonian Research Council (PRG352 and MOBERC44), the governments of the United States of America (Grant MTO-069033) and Norway (QZA-21/-124)’. The funding information should have read ‘This research was funded by the Norwegian Research Council (NFR-281109), the Estonian Research Council (PRG352 and MOBERC44), the governments of the United States of America (Grant MTO-069033) and Norway (QZA-21/-124).
