An in Situ Embedded System for Electrocardiography and Photoplethysmography Acquisition

摘要

In this paper, an in situ wearable system combined with Electrocardiography (ECG), Photoplethysmography (PPG), and acceleration signals are developed. To avoid artifact signals, a dynamic Kalman filtering algorithm suitable for embedded systems is proposed for smoothing of ECG signal and PPG signal. A precise frequency filtering algorithm for PPG motion artifact reconstruction is used. The whole system shows good stability and can measure the physiological signal for long time. This work provides a practical solution for the wearable electronics.
