摘要

Purpose/Significance] In the context of deep integration of technology and culture, this study explores the cultural content production empowered by AIGC. It aims to fully understand the transformation of content production mode and the improvement in service innovation capabilities brought by AIGC to GLAM, and provide a reference for the application of AIGC in GLAM. [Method/Process] Building upon a review of previous research, this paper proposed a GLAM content production mechanism empowered by AIGC, covering technical support, resource construction, content generation, and service innovation. By analyzing current practical cases, it analyzed the intrinsic mechanisms and characteristics of three content generation modes: auxiliary, applied and creative type. Additionally, this paper summarized the AIGC practical applications in digital collections, digital human, and digital scenarios in GLAM institutions. [Result/Conclusion] AIGC empowerment has positively impacted the business efficiency, scale of production, personalized experiences, and innovation capabilities of content generation in GLAM. GLAM should actively embrace the trend of AIGC to improve management and service efficiency, provide users with efficient and accurate Q&A and recommendations, as well as emotional interaction and display. Overall, it will accelerate the digital transformation and upgrading of GLAM.
