摘要
Objective: To explore an accurate way of describing the metabolic process of magnetic resonance contrast agent in naked mouse. Methods: Firstly, the data of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) were derived from DICOM files, and their sequential accurate times after contrast agent injection were acquired from the DICOM Header with a Matlab program. The spatial correction factor of the surface coil axial direction was calculated from the images of a water phantom, which was used to correct the SNR of the metabolic organ. Results: The metabolic process of naked mouse livers were depicted by four kinds of metabolic curves (signal intensity, SNR, signal intensity enhancement rate and SNR enhancement rate). Conclusion: Metabolic curve of SNR enhancement rate after accurate time and spatial correction can best represent the metabolic process of magnetic resonance contrast agent in vivo organ.
