摘要

The liver is an important detoxification organ and its in vitro models have been used for drug toxicity studies. However, most of them are two-dimensional, which are inefficient and not suitable for long-term culture. In this work, a 3D liver model bioprinted using human liver lineage cells and co-cultured in a microfluidic system that mimics the physiological microenvironment of the liver was proposed. To verify the function of the 3D liver model, the expression of albumin, cytochrome P450, urea, etc. was evaluated and compared with the 2D model. Finally, drug toxicity screening was performed in a high-throughput liver chip.
