摘要
Quantum dots(QDs), as one of the research hotspots, has a broad application prospect in all kinds of optoelectronic devices due to their high luminous efficiency, good optical, stable optical and thermal properties, and simple processing and film coating. This study illustrated the improvement of synthesis and properties of quantum dots in different series based on preparation methods of QDs. The effects of material system and preparation methods on growth mechanism, luminescence principle and performance improvement of QDs are emphatically analyzed. Thus, the best material system and preparation method of quantum dots for photoelectric devices are summarized. By comparing the developments of QDs at home and abroad, it is proposed that the key technologies and challenges of QDs with high luminous efficiency are the fabrication and application of in an eco-friendly way. As a result, combining with the applications in different fields, such as optoelectronic, catalysis, safety and biology, the direction of technology development of QDs is pointed out.
