废旧汽车智能拆解技术研究进展

摘要

China's automobile industry and its industrial chain have developed rapidly in recent years,while car o w n - ership is on the rise,with the number of waste automonile increasing in a positive correlation. However,at present,there are some problems in China s automobile dismantling industry, such as low enterprise capability, poor disassembly site, backward disassembly concept and obsolete disassembly equipment. It is of great significance to further study the intelligent disassembly technology of waste automobile for improving the utilization rate of resources and reducing environmental pollution,which is a necessary approach for the society to change into a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. By summarizing the information recovery system,dismantling theory research and dismantling process research of waste automobile,the latest research progress at home and abroad was analyzed and the difficult problems that need to be solved urgently in China were discussed. In the future,it was proposed that China's waste vehicles dismantling industry should further improve its automation rate and product reuse rate, reduce comprehensive energy consumption.
