Under the new situation, China should be based on the characteristics of information-based warfare, promote the mechanization of military science and technology, information technology, intelligent integration and development; seize the opportunity of the scientific and technological revolution, accelerate the research and application of disruptive military science and technology, and deepen the reform of the national defense science and technology industry to form a pattern of in-depth development of military-civilian integration.
