Abstract

Scripts have played an important role in CSCL, but there also exist two pitfalls: Taking social interaction for granted and Restricting social interaction to cognitive processes. According to scripts, this paper developed a method called Enabled Technology to resolve these two problems. Furthermore, key strategies about how to design and implement Enabled Technology complied with scripts were also discussed with a case.
