Abstract

Using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS), we observe the broad-band absorptions below 110 K in TmFeO3 single crystals, which are reasonably assigned to a series of crystal-field transitions of ground multiplets (6H3) of Tm3+ ions.
