Abstract

Recently, lifelong learning and u-learning are significant concepts in the area of technology-enhanced learning. They have actually changed learning. This paper begins with an overview of u-learning and lifelong learning. And then, it reviews China's national policies on lifelong learning. National policies could influence the development of lifelong learning and decide the key points of building learning society. By means of Keller's Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction (ARCS) model, this paper proposed lifelong learning motivation strategies, and finally analyses Shanghai Lifelong Learning Network as the practice case.
