As a normal university, East China Normal University is an important cradle to promote the {\textquoteleft}{\textquoteleft}CS for ALL{\textquoteright}{\textquoteright} talents. Therefore, in the computer reform of Shanghai colleges and universities, it takes the lead in the reform of computer basic teaching of New Liberal Arts. The fundamental goal of this reform is to cultivate students{\textquoteright} Data Thinking and improve their Data Literacy. Good results are achieved in the aspects of target achievement degree and result satisfaction degree.",
