In this paper, we analyze the WLAN and LTE interworking network architecture and the QoS mechanisms of LTE and WLAN, and then propose the WLAN and LTE interworking network with PCC architecture which supports the dynamic control of QoS. Finally, we present the QoS class mapping method in the WLAN and LTE interworking network.",
