The investigation and analysis of common dental diseases of students in medical university

Abstract

After investigating the teeth of 1311 graduate students in medical university (male 700, female 611), we found that common dental diseases of the students were dental caries odontoloxy, tetracycline pigmentation of teeth, periodontitis, odontolithiasis, enamel hypoplasia. The number of dental caries and odontolaxy was most among them; the incidence of these diseases was 50. 04% in teeth of young students. The incidence of dental caries and tetracycline pigmentation of teeth was more in women than in men, the incidence of peridontitis was more in men than in women, the incidence of dental caries tetracycline pigmentation of teeth and enamel hypoplasia was more in the students of city than in the one of rural area and the incidence of periodontitis and odontolitheasis was more in the students of rural area than in the one of city, there was very obvious difference in these different cases.
