Abstract

A high Tc superconducting 1 × 8 elements infrared detector has been fabricated by using YBa2Cu3O7 film. Optical measurements gave moderate performance as individual sensitive element. The detectivity D* is decreased to 108-109 cm Hz1/2 W-1. Operation temperature is Tc = 89 K.
