Abstract

A high T_c superconducting 1 × 8 elements infrared detector has been fabricated by using YBa₂Cu₃O₇ film. Optical measurements gave moderate performance as individual sensitive element. The detectivity D* is decreased to 10₈-10⁹ cm Hz^1/2 W^-1. Operation temperature is T_c = 89 K.
