Abstract
Sesarma dehaani, a frequent macrobenthos in the tidal flat of Changjiang estuary is taken as the research object to analyze the effect of three leading abiotic factors, including temperature, salt and the interaction among different metals, to the accumulative concentration of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cr, Ni by Sesarma dehaani. Result show that the accumulative concentration of copper, zinc, chromium and nickel by Sesarma dehaani in summer is higher than that in other seasons, which means that higher temperature does help to accumulate heavy metals by macrobenthos. In autumn, the concentration of lead in Sesarma dehaani shows dramatically negative correlation with salinity. In spring, the concentration of Zinc in Sesarma dehaani shows negative correlation with salinity. The correlation between Zn-Ni and Pb-Cr in Sesarma dehaani is dramatically positive correlation.
