Abstract

Melting point is an important parameter of ionic liquid, so there is great meaning to study the structure-activity relationship and essential rule of the molecular structure and melting point of ionic liquid. In this article, the data of melting point of 384 imidazolium ionic liquids were collected from Beilstein Gmelin database and about 200 literatures. According to these data, the structure-activity relationship and essential rule of the molecular structure and melting point of ionic liquid were studied. This is meaningful to the synthesis and application of ionic liquid.
