Abstract

Data has been acting in a key role of some innovative web applications. However, the requirements of massive web data management and interactive web applications are inconsistent. In this talk, these requirements are analyzed. A framework for storage and index of web data that supports interactive web applications based on massive data sets is proposed, while techniques of index-based data access, data prefetching, and pipelined data processing are discussed.
