Abstract

We demonstrate SiC-based soliton microcombs operated at room temperature - a key step for integrated SiC nonlinear photonics for frequency metrology applications. We have successfully routed and switched among different soliton states using an auxiliary laser to optically counteract the thermo-optic effect.
