Abstract

Metasurface has achieved great success in manipulating the wavefronts as desired. In this work, a single-layer meta-atom has been proposed to achieve the full 2π geometric phase shifts at three terahertz (THz) frequencies independently. As a proof of concept demonstration, a tri-band metalens is designed to concentrate the circularly polarized incidence wave into a compact zone around a pre-set position at three frequencies simultaneously.
