Abstract

Metasurface has been widely utilized to control arbitrary wavefronts based on phase modulation. To achieve better performance, it is essential to design multi-band metasurface with frequency-dependent behaviors. In this work, a single-layer quad-band geometric meta-atom is proposed. By simply rotating the meta-atom, the total 2π phase coverage at four terahertz frequencies can be achieved independently. A quad-band metalens is designed to focus a circularly polarized incident wave to the same focal length at four frequencies simultaneously.
