In this paper the author analysis the profit models and process models of electronic wisdom, and combine the advantages and disadvantages of electronic wisdom model in order to find a perfect model for the development of tourism electronic wisdom. And the author believe that tourism electronic wisdom is an important Internet application that is going to significantly change the way of commercial transaction and people's life style.",
