Abstract
The zinc finger proteins in human are important transcription inhibiting factors. We found a new human gene, named ZNF323, by a way of computer cloning. Its cDNA is of 2 333 bp, coding a polypepeide containing 209 amino acids. ZNF323 is expressed highly in tumour tissues, indicating that it might be involved in tumourigenesis.
