Plotronix: A Comprehensive Tool for 2-D Data Visualization and Analysis in Semiconductor Applications

Abstract

This paper introduces a web-based Plotronix tool, which is specifically designed to extract and analyze 2-D data through Python scripts. It offers a user-friendly interface that enables users to upload data curves extracted from diverse articles and facilitates data extraction from them. Moreover, the accuracy and reliability of the data extraction process are validated by an effective method. The results reveal that the median MRE values of this method is 0.0083, thereby confirming that the Python-based extraction method achieves high accuracy.
