Abstract
Pavilion navigation system for web world Expo can improve serve level of world Expo and guide tourists flow. Such system was designed and implemented based on technologies of GIS and virtual reality, with such functionalities as pavilion guidance, pavilion search, route recommended, route customized and traffic estimation. ArcGIS database model was constructed. Algorithm of time-space data index based on FNR tree and intelligent navigation combination algorithm were implemented. The optimum route which met users' expectation was computed using historic navigation route. Intuitive, visual and interactive navigation serve is supported for users around world.
