Abstract
In this chapter, firstly, we will discuss SU(1,1) interferometer, nonlinear sagnac interferometer, a hybrid interferometer consisting of a nonlinear parametric process and a linear beam splitter, a nonlinear beam splitter, and so on; then, a nonlinear interferometric surface plasmonic resonance sensor has been theoretically proposed and demonstrated its sensing advantages.
