Abstract

The ultra-visible transmission spectra and infrared spectroscopic ellipsometry were measured on the (1-x) Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3) O3-xPbTiO3(PMNT) thin film with different component. The optical constants and optical band-gap of the thin films were obtained by using the Tauc-Lorentz (T-L)+Cauchy and middle infrared dispersion. It is found that the refractive index of PMNT increases as the wavelength increases in visible and mid-infrared ranges and the optical band-gap decreases slowly as the wavelength increases.
