Abstract

We report the application of a dipolar recoupling sequence for the observation of 13C-13C connectivities in biomolecules at high magnetic fields (B0 ≥ 21.1 T) and ultra-high magic angle spinning frequencies (νR = 60 kHz). The efficiency and the robustness of this double-quantum technique are demonstrated on the YajG protein (19.6 kDa).
