Abstract

To prevent active attack, we propose a new threshold signature scheme using self-certified public keys, which makes use of hash function and discrete logarithm problem. The scheme has less communication and computation cost than previous schemes. Furthermore, the signature process of the proposed scheme is non-interactive.
