Abstract

TiO₂ based photonic materials (TiO₂ PMs) with hierarchical top-nanonet/bottom-nanotube structures were fabricated by a facile two-step electrochemical anodization method. The TiO₂ PMs demonstrated multiple band light trapping activity not only in the ultraviolet and visible regions, but also in the near infrared region.
