Although our proposal features a linear ciphertext size and decryption time in the number of translations, we emphasize that it is the first multi-use and unidirectional realization of the primitive satisfying the chosen-ciphertext security and collusion resistance. The proposal gives an answer to the problem proposed by Canetti and Hohenberger at ACM CCS 2007.",
