Abstract

The infrared-single-photon at 1.55μm had been manipulated by the strong pump laser at 1.06μm in the periodically poled lithium niobate crystal in the cavity of diode-pumped Nd:GdVO4 ring laser. A hour-level stable and 96% upconversion efficient technology had been developed.
