Abstract

Pattern of electrodes, frequency, concentration and voltage have been described to research the manipulation of particles by dielectrophoresis. The ZnO particles have been formed in aqueous solution, the length of which is about 10 μm, and then, the ZnO sample droplet was dropped on the several electrode pairs by micro-dropper. We succeeded in manipulating ZnO particles along the electric field and deposited them across the gaps between two electrodes by modulating many different factors. In the end the SEM pictures have been used to prove and recognize the effect of such factors.
