Abstract

The pantropical genus Leucolejeunea is proposed as a new synonym of Cheilolejeunea (Lejeuneaceae). Eleven species in Leucolejeunea are moved to Cheilolejeunea. Nine new combinations and two new changes in nomenclature in Cheilolejeunea are proposed.
