Abstract

In this paper, we investigated the biosensor based on as-grown chemical vapor deposition (CVD) graphene to detect DNA concentration. By directly measuring the electrical current change of modified graphene, graphene based biosensor was explored for label-free and real-time detection of DNA, which can rapidly detect as low as 0.1 nM DNA sensitively with high specificity. This method without applied gate voltage helps us understand better the influence of DNA on the transport properties of graphene.
