Abstract

Inter-organizational knowledge sharing is a crucial way for organizations to acquire knowledge in collaborative commerce (C-Commerce). However, the knowledge sharing cross organization is more complex than that inside organizations. In this work, we propose a knowledge representation mechanism by extending OWL and knowledge query language. Besides, we classify the knowledge into fact, rule and case. We use RDF/OWL for knowledge representation, and design a query language based on Sparql. A knowledge sharing system is implemented based on our proposed semantic technologies.
